Return and Refund Policy

At Eklyss, we craft each product with care to ensure the best possible results and transparency. While we hope you absolutely love your purchase, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. If you need to return a product, we’re here to help and make the process as smooth as possible.

We offer refunds or replacements under the following circumstances:

1. Incorrect Shipment: You received an item that wasn’t what you ordered.

2. Damaged Product: The product arrived with damage or defects.

3. Expired Product: The product is past its expiration date.

If you experience any of the above issues, please submit your return or replacement request within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate the request, simply send an email to care@eklyss.com

Please note: We cannot accept returns or process claims after 7 days from the date of delivery.

Once we receive your request, please allow us up to 48 hours to review it. If your request is approved, we’ll arrange for a reverse pickup with our delivery partner to collect the product directly from you.

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it. If we verify the issue, a refund will be processed within 24 hours.
